Ok, saw the iconoclasts.... He brought tears to my eyes when he said the number of people that will die because they will not have water, and then lost it when he said most of them will be children.... Good thing I had some Puffs handy.
He's such a great man. I find it hard to believe that he does not consider himself among the greatest men that ever lived....

I know I'm probably just too positive of a person, but those commenting on my postings - please keep them positive. I would appreciate it. If you want to be negative, please go somewhere else. There are plenty of other sites you can vent on... Dean is just a crush.... And I'm not insecure, I really like myself and what I have done for others and the world.
If you have never had a dream, or if you have never admired anyone so much you wish you could meet them one day, then move on....I do feel sorry for you.
Let me have my dream.......... And for those who keep on dreaming....don't give up!! You never know... Some dreams come true. If Dean did not dream, he would not be so famous. |

Hi to all!! I returned from Europe yesterday and saw that I had a lot of messages from everyone. Thanks. I missed you too!
Shame on the haters and their comments.... It's so much easier to be peaceful....give it a try....
OK. My sis and I went to Germany first and then Italy. I was so psyched!!! I took a few pix's of these policemen on SEGS!! I told them I would send a copy of the pix's to Dean Baby... They said to tell him "THANKS FOR THE INVENTION!!" They were so happy to have SEGS. I saw the police on SEGS each time I went to Termini in Rome. It was great.
I'm exhausted from translating simultaneously for weeks.... My sister said she was going to learn Italian, so that should help.
Anyway, I am slowly getting over the time change and the travel....
Hope all is well and I'll see you later.
I'll post the photos when I get a chance.

O.K....After this guy with the JonBenet Ramsey thing and her stalker that allegedly killed her....I feel like I have to tell you, this thing with Dean is just a crush...
Not that wild-eyed, showing-up at your door in the middle of the night with slobber running out of the corner of my mouth, boiling rabbits... kind of crush....
More like that dreamy-eyed school girl crush...and that's it.
He's just a great guy that helps kids and people in need. Period.

I've been busy, but still on the right track. It is refreshing to come and write here about how I feel. I actually think it is working. I still think about DEAN and am SUPER proud of him with his new inventions with the water and the electricity. He's a combination of Einstein and Mother Theresa!! He will always be my idol.
I had a great dream about him last night. I never tell him how I really feel, though... I guess when I'm so close to him the chemistry is so great, there is so much electricity...I just lose my mind....
Man, do ya blame me???
He's sexy!!
I thought of another way to buy some water for people. If we sacrificed one present during the holidays and gave it towards a machine that could bring someone water or electricity, wouldn't that REALLY make us feel better?? We could call it, "Presents for Life."
Now THAT would make us feel better than my Grandpa's spiked eggnog!!
I hope I'm not alone on this one... |

Today I found out that a lady that we went to temple with died. She was a survivor. Pretty soon they will all be gone and we will not have any living witnesses... Luckily we have film.
I haven't had a death to deal with since my husband died 14 years ago. It is hard. I'm praying for her family. We all know where she is. Her rewards will be great. She kept her faith during her horrific ordeal. (Not to judge those who didn't.) She will be rewarded from the most high. Very few have walked in her shoes and have come out with such positive visions of the future.
She was not angry.
She spread her sunshine.
She was an inspiration to those who knew her.
She touched many.
She will be missed....but not forgotten... |

My sister seems to think I should take out an ad with match.com, the internet dating service.
I think she is right. Maybe I can meet someone real nice through the internet.......the odds of this happening are the same odds of peace in the middle east before next week. Or Donald Trump's hair actually moving...flowing in the wind... Paris Hilton shopping at Walmart.... Dean Kamen calling me...
But....with a positive attitude....I shall carry on....

Day three. One of my volunteer activities is working with terminally ill cancer patients and one of the kids called me in the middle of the night. They hardly ever take me up on the offer to call me anytime of the day or night, so I was honored to be able to help. I could hear the nervousness in his voice but I never said anything. I could tell he was heavily medicated. I want to wave a magic wand, but can't. When he finally hung up I couldn't sleep, so I got on and uploaded some photos...Obviously they went to my journal instead of my profile. I think I need some sleep...LOL
Dean, you are still on my mind....help me get some sleep....you know what to do...

Funeral for soldier
This was from a funeral for a soldier that was killed in Iraq. He was only 19, and their only son. I volunteer and take pictures of the gravesite for different families (not just soldiers) because I know, from experience, they will not remember how beautiful it was. I had them blown up into 8X10's for the family. This is just one of the photos. God Bless our troops. |
